Continuous wheel blast machines with roller track
Blasting machine with continuous tunnel chamber and horizontal filling and output roller conveyor. The rollers conveys the components to be treated during passage through the chamber by its length, ensuring the rotary-sliding movement of the blasted profile and blasting the entire surface.
The treated products are freed from abrasive residues at the machine's exit, thanks to a choice of cleaning systems of rotating brushes and BLOW-OFF nozzles. As a result, it complies with ISO 8501-1 and SIS SS 055900 standards for individual treatments.
